1.2. Full payment must be received7 weeks before the commencement of the travel services.
1.3. IMA-SARL reserves the right to cancel any booking if the full payment is not received by the specified date.
2.1. Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following cancellation fees:
· 60 days or more before departure:loss of the deposit
· 30-59 days before departure: 50% of the total tour price
· 29 days or less before departure: 100% of the total tour price
2.2. No refunds will be provided for unused services or partially completed trips.
2.3. In the event of a cancellation by IMA-SARL due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative tour or a full refund will be offered.
3.1. IMA-SARL reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, political unrest, or other force majeure events.
3.2. Changes may be made to accommodation, transportation, and activities if necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to the traveler as soon as possible.
3.3. In the case of itinerary changes initiated by IMA-SARL, travelers will have the option to accept the modified itinerary or receive a full refund.
4.1. It is strongly recommended that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.
4.2. Travelers are responsible for understanding the terms and coverage of their insurance policy. IMA-SARL is not liable for any expenses incurred that are not covered by the traveler's insurance.
5.1. IMA-SARL acts as an agent for various suppliers and is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property.
5.2. Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they possess the necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates.
5.3. In the event of changes made by third-party suppliers, IMA-SARL will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives, but is not liable for any dissatisfaction or
issues arising from such changes.
6.1. Travelers are advised to check with their healthcare provider for any required vaccinations or health precautions before traveling to Morocco.
6.2. IMA-SARL is not responsible for any health-related issues or medical emergencies that may arise during the trip.
6.3. Travelers are responsible for notifying IMA-SARL of any pre-existing medical conditions or dietary requirements that may impact their ability to participate in planned activities.
7.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Morocco.
7.2. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Morocco.
8.1. You consent to IMA-SARL, using images of you taken during the trip for promotional purposes.
9.1. Our privacy policy ensures that any personal information we gather from you will solely be utilized by IMA-SARL for tour-related operations or for sending you marketing materials regarding IMA-SARL.
10.1. By making a booking with IMA-SARL, the traveler acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
10.2. In the event of multiple travelers booking together, the person making the booking accepts these terms and conditions on behalf of all individuals included in the booking.
